Welcoming the city's 492nd anniversary, the wall of the Ujung Menteng Vehicle Testing Center (UP PKB), Cakung, East Jakarta, beautified. 

It is conducted by painting city's anniversary logos, antique cars, big motorcycles, Ondel-ondel and Monas.

They also arrange a park by making hydroponic plants and prepare unique benches for visitor at a number of points. Some are made from used tires, wood and used irons. These used materials are modified into various functions.

"We do this to welcome the city's anniversary," expressed Ujung Menteng UP PKB Service Coordinator, Tiyana Brotoadi, Wednesday (6/19).

To make them more beautiful, the park section is decorated with borders using bottles of used mineral water painted in color.

"We'll also make a traffic education park in the future, " he stated.
